Not a brochure about a diagnostic — the diagnostic itself. The visitor types a free-text description of their business, the site reads it, scores six dependency vectors, and rebuilds its background machine into their business. Nobody argues with a diagnosis they wrote themselves.

Eighteen questions moved off a third-party form onto owned infrastructure, paced three at a time by vector with a progress rail — replacing a single-scroll form with no progress indicator.
Percentile is computed from the founder’s own segment only when n ≥ 20, otherwise falls back and returns the basis. Below threshold the result page omits the comparison rather than inventing one.
The instrument stores every answer, so the data to measure this exists. What does not exist is a signed pre-deployment baseline: the previous form was third-party and its analytics left with it. Reconstructing a comparison would mean estimating the old completion rate, and an estimate is not a measurement.
We would rather show an empty measurement than a plausible one. A number nobody can check is worth less than an honest blank.
The temptation with a benchmark is to show a percentile from the first ten responses because it looks authoritative. Returning null below n=20 and omitting the line entirely is less impressive and considerably more honest — and it is the same discipline that produces the empty slots on this site.
